Our 7 different family friendly holiday apartments offer you a great variety of holiday flats to choose from ranging from smaller apartments with 1 bedroom all the way to large flats with 2 bedrooms. Each apartment is lovingly decorated with everything you need for a great holiday like a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, entrance hall, shower/WC, bidet, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi internet access, as well as a balcony or sun-terrace.

Apartment 1

100 m² for 3 – 5 guests

Our holiday flat no.1 is our largest flat at 100 m² of living space. The flat is on the ground floor of our house and is suited for 3 to 5 guests. As a special feature the large half-round windows flood the apartment with natural light and give it an extra special cosy living-atmosphere. The flat offers 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and, our special highlight, the lovely sunny terrace and garden for you to enjoy.

Apartment 2

70 m² for 3 – 4 guests
The holiday flat no.2 is located on the first floor of our house and offers 3 to 4 guests 70 m² of welcoming living space. Especially the large open-plan living room with a dining area and a comfortable couch is very popular with our guests. And for some fresh air, you can enjoy the large balcony with lovely views.

Apartment 3

65 m² for 3 – 4 guests
Our holiday apartment no.3 is situated on the first floor of our house and, at 65 m², is best suited for 3 to 4 guests. The spacious living room is very comfortable and ideal for some quality time together. As an extra special highlight, the large sun-terrace stretches over two sides of the flat and offers you the chance to enjoy the views.

The lovely holiday flat no. 4 is the ideal apartment for 3-4 persons. The cosy apartment offers you a lovely living room with great loft-character under the roof of the building and stunning views from the spacious balcony an terace.

45 m² for 2 – 4 guests
Our beautiful holiday flat no. 5 is a romantic dream come true with special atmosphere under the wooden beams of the roof. The high ceilings add to the spacious feel of the 45 m² holiday flat and offer a spectacular view of the beautiful mountain landscape. The apartment is best suited for 2 guest, 3 or even 4 guests and you can also spend time together on the two balconies during your stay.

Apartment 6

65 m² for 3 – 4 guests
The wonderful apartment no. 6 is situated on the first floor of our house and is very spacious with high ceilings. Enjoy a cosy atmosphere in the sun-light rooms in this flat best suited for 3-4 guests. Two separate bedrooms and a fantastic balcony offer you a great home away from home in Fiss.

45 m² for 2 – 4 guests

Our lovely apartment no. 7 is lovingly decorated and the warm colours enhance the cosy and welcoming atmosphere. This flat is best suited for 2 to 4 guests and offers ample living space with one separate bedroom, a large living room and a sunny terrace perfect for spending time together.

Cancellation Terms 

All apartment rates are in EURO and charged per apartment per day (on the basis of a minimum stay of 7 nights) for an apartment used by the number of guests indicated in brackets. The price includes the applicable VAT and a night stay in the apartment, and does not include the local tax nor the price of final cleaning of the apartment.
