All apartment rates are in EURO and charged per apartment per day (on the basis of a minimum stay of 7 nights) for an apartment used by the number of guests indicated in brackets. The price includes the applicable VAT and a night stay in the apartment, and does not include the local tax nor the price of final cleaning of the apartment.
Arrival
The booked apartment is available to you as from 3 pm on arrival day.
Departure
On the day of your departure we would like to ask you to check out at 10 am, at the latest, to give us the opportunity to clean and prepare the apartment for our next guests.
Bread roll service
Bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered the day before until 2 pm.
Pets
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed at the House Markus.
Towels
Your towels are changed and replaced by clean ones every Wednesday and Saturday.
Internet
We offer all our guest high-speed internet access free of charge.
Parking
We provide our guests with free parking directly at our house.
Ski- and boot storage room
All our guests can use our heated ski and boot storage room directly at the entrance hall of the House Markus. The room can also be used to safely store prams, bikes, and any other bulky items during your stay with us.
Super.Summer.Card
The family region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has created a summer offer that is unique in the Alps. The extensive offer for bikers and hikers combined with a variety of attractions for families ensure a summer holiday of a special kind.
From summer 2022, a service charge will be applied for the Super Sommer Card in order to maintain the offer in its usual high quality and to drive further innovations in the future.
Adults: € 6,00 per overnight stay
Children (2008 - 2017): € 3,00 per overnight stay
Booking
The apartment is booked for the amount of guests indicated in brackets. If there are any further guests, we need a written notification or a telephone call before arrival to confirm the number of guests and any additional costs.
Payment
We are happy to except payment in cash or by EC card. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept credit card payments.
